4 Ingredient Fruit Parfait

I created this easy and convenient breakfast for anyone on the go. Whether you’re catching the bus for school or running out the door for work, these parfaits make breakfast simple, healthy, and quick.

Ingredients

  • 32 oz of your favorite yogurt (I used vanilla Chobani)
  • 1/4 cup of flax seed (I used pre-milled but if you have the seeds I recommend running them through a food processor first)
  • 1/3 cup of granola (I used organic but if you don’t have access to that just try to use a granola that has pure ingredients)
  • 1 cup of your berries of choice (my personal favorites are strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries)

Instructions

  • Wash and cut fruit.
  • Fill silicone molds 3/4 full with yogurt.
  • Decorate your yogurt with granola, fruit, and flax seed.
  • Freeze molds overnight.
  • That’s it! Once they are frozen solid you can store them in a container or freezer bag.
  • Tip: I found it helpful to push the fruit and granola into the yogurt to make sure they freeze together.

Notes

After all that hard work you deserve to mix any leftover fruit and yogurt together and have a delicious healthy snack.
