LITTLE BIBLE PLAN
Hello everyone! Welcome back, or welcome if you’re new! I’m so excited you’re here this month, because this is one of my favorite Little Bible Plans we’ve ever done. Keep reading to learn more!
NAMES OF GOD
This month, we’ll be going through fifteen of the names of God. We’ll spend two days on each name—the first day will have the definition of the name, the second day will include a worship song to go along with it, and both days will have a coinciding Bible passage. I had the bestest time with Jesus putting this together, and I hope it’s a blessing to you, too!
Studying the different names of God has been such a special part of my relationship with Jesus. I have a personal favorite—Jehovah Jireh—and I highly recommend keeping an eye out for a favorite of your own if you haven’t already! Each name of God reveals a part of His character—who He is, what He does, and how He takes care of us.
ALSO! GUYS, THIS IS SO COOL! During your study this month, if you go to biblegateway.com and use the NAMES OF GOD BIBLE (NOG), you’ll find these original names sprinkled back into the text. :’)
If you have time, I highly recommend going deeper in your study of each name. You could research the original meanings, learn how to write the names in Hebrew, see where they’re found in the Bible, etc.
