Happy October, friends! *sips pumpkin spice latte* I’m pretty sure October is my favorite month of all, and I can’t believe it’s finally here! As Anne of Green Gables would say:
I’m so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers.
I’m really trying to soak in every moment this fall, and that’s what this month’s Little Bible Plan is all about! Taking time to appreciate the beauty of autumn, but also—and most importantly—spending time with Jesus each day + keeping Him at the center of the season.
LITTLE BIBLE PLAN
This month we’ll be studying the entire book of Revelation together! If this sounds intimidating, don’t worry—the passages are broken down into bite-size chunks each day. And if you need help understanding the passages, I HIGHLY recommend checking out Blue Letter Bible! I can’t even express how much their commentaries have helped me study + understand God’s Word. Also, never underestimate the power of prayer and asking the Holy Spirit to help you!
I really feel like Revelation is such an important + relevant book for us right now! Not only that, but it has all the spooky vibes that are perfect for October days—snuggled in a cozy blanket, sipping a warm drink + spending time with Jesus.
FALL BUCKET LIST
On this month’s calendar, you’ll find 31 bucket list ideas for autumn! And this bucket list has NO RULES! These ideas are just for fun, and I don’t expect anyone to finish each one each day, haha! You can pick and choose your favorites, do them on completely different days, or switch them up to fit your lifestyle. Whatever works for you!
Here are some examples:
- Choose a verse to focus on this autumn.
- Drink apple cider.
- Press leaves between the pages of your Bible.
- Go on a hayride.
