LITTLE BIBLE PLAN
Get ready, because this month we’re traveling WAY back in time to the Old Testament book of 1 Samuel. A time of prophets, battles, and kings. We’ll start off with the incredible account of a prayer-focused woman—Hannah. And then the adventure just continues from there! We’ll be reading all about Israel’s history and their first ever king.
If you’re not super familiar with the Old Testament or need help with your study—I highly recommend Blue Letter Bible commentaries. The writer breaks down Bible passages verse by verse and provides explanations, insights & quotes by great Bible scholars. (Also, don’t feel like you have to read the whole commentary if you don’t want to—sometimes if I’m stumped on a verse, I’ll just look for that particular section.)
31 DAYS OF PRAYER
This month, we’ll be intentionally focusing on prayer. There is power in prayer—real, incredible power!—and our world desperately needs it.
I encourage you to spend a little time in prayer each day. (Or a lot—that’s up to you!) This month’s Little Bible Plan includes 31 daily prayer request ideas to help you get started. Feel free to add your own requests & praises! Or you could even pray for several of these ideas per day if you’d like. Whatever works best for you!
