RENEW YOUR FAITH
It’s been a hard 2020 and 2021, and I know many of us are feeling drained spiritually. If that’s you, I have encouraging news—you’re not alone, and God is still holding you, still pursuing you, still loving you! He never gives up on you! And there’s nothing too broken for Him to heal—He is our Jehovah-Rapha, our Healer!
Heal me, Lord, and I will be healed;
save me and I will be saved,
for you are the one I praise.
-Jeremiah 17:14
So, what exactly do I mean by “renew your faith”?
renew
re·new
verb
to give fresh life or strength to; revive.
This is about refreshing your relationship with Jesus. Learning more about Him. Loving Him. Growing closer to Him. This is not about earning salvation—that comes through faith in Jesus alone (Ephesians 2:8-9). If you’ve never given your life to Jesus or trusted in Him to be your Savior, please check out this blog post!
Here are some ideas you’ll find this month:
- Make a list of Bible verses about renewal.
- Put on some Christian music & worship the Lord.
- Talk to God about your relationship with Him.
- Have a Christian movie night.
May this June bring you closer to our Savior! He can’t wait to spend time with you!
