Happy December! Christmastime is here! *Alexa, play A Charlie Brown Christmas*

I’m hoping to make the very most of this Christmas season. Check some things off my holiday bucket list, cherish all the little moments, and—most importantly—focus on the birth of my Savior and my Best Friend. Jesus. And that’s what this month’s Little Bible Plan is all about! Keep reading to learn more.

LITTLE BIBLE PLAN

I always get so excited to read about the life of Jesus in the Gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John), and that’s exactly what we’re doing this month—reading the book of Matthew! (Well, starting it. We’ll be reading the first 13 chapters this month and then continuing on in April, just in time for Easter.)

I love all of the Bible, but there is something so incredibly special about reading the Gospels—the life, death, and resurrection of our Savior. Getting to read about who He was (and is!), how He lived, why He came, and how much He loves us. What a beautiful privilege we have to be able to read God’s Word. Let’s try to soak in every moment this month!

A CLASSIC CHRIST-CENTERED CHRISTMAS

You’ll also find a little bucket list idea each day with the theme of helping us have A Classic, Christ-Centered Christmas. Here are some examples:

  • Have hot cocoa with your Bible study.
  • Make a list of ways you can keep Christ in Christmas.
  • Have a Bible study picnic by the Christmas tree.

+ more!

These are totally optional and just for fun, so feel free to do as many or as little as you like, and they don’t have to be done on the day they’re listed.

Another year of the Little Bible Plan comes to an end! I can’t believe it! Thank you so much for being here, whether this is your first time or you’ve been here for years. I am truly so grateful for this little ministry God has given me, and I hope to continue it for years to come, Lord willing. Wishing you a merry CHRISTmas! See you in the New Year!
